Mike, a very kind, patient and knowledgeable occupational therapist in Sarasota worked wonderfully with my dad on rehab. When it came time to move my frail dad 1100 miles to be near us, our confidence in Mike's ability to safely travel with him gave us much peace of mind. Hurricane Milton affected the trip but Mike and his wife worked out all of the details during a chaotic time in a very safe, enjoyable, and timely manner. We are very grateful for this much needed service and highly recommend it to other families. As another reviewer said, we would give 10 stars if we could. Thank you!

Michael provided professional and compassionate service as we arranged transit home for one of three family members injured in car accident while vacationing in Florida. This service was invaluable in assisting our family in returning home as we navigated different recovery needs and timelines. We were so very fortunate to find Toppflight while looking for transportation for our elderly mother from Florida to Arizona. It’s not an easy task! Having two experienced, caring professionals pick her up, gain her trust and accompany her from her Florida care center all the way to Arizona was such a blessing.
Upon meeting Mike and Lindsey, who both have years of experience with elderly patients with dementia, we were able to relax and know that our mother would be in kind, capable hands.

We dealt with Michael who’s one of the owners and he was a true gem, has a big heart, and made this process seamless and actually quite fun. We had almost given up as all of the services we had found were four times the cost of ToppFlight. For a fraction of the cost of others providing this service, ToppFlight provided professional caregivers from the pick up of my mom at her care center to the doorstep of her new home. How does one know if this service is a good one? I would answer that by saying I would do it again and emphatically recommend to my best friends to use this company if needed. This service was exactly what we needed. We were in an accident in Florida and needed to get back to VT. The owner Michael was professional and compassionate. Good communications . Michael came to my hospital room to introduce himself. I was transported in a wheelchair in vehicle to airport , helped me on and off plane and took me to my family van to bring me home, I felt safe and cared for. Great service . Highly recommend!

I'd recommend this service to anyone who has to move a loved one anywhere across the country and needs assistance in both planning and physically enabling/assisting your loved one to be able to board a plane safely and efficiently.

Topp Flight was the PERFECT company to accompany my dad across the country. Michael was amazing and my dad absolutely loved him.

I have an 89 year old father who’s primary residence is in New York. In October of 2024, he traveled out to California with his 87 year old girlfriend to be with her family while she underwent Chemo treatments for cancer. The plan was to do the treatments and head back to NY. Three weeks in on the trip, on Nov. 3, 2024 my father suffered a stroke and was stuck out in California. Fast forward to March 2025 when I was finally able to look at bringing my father back to the east coast. He was no longer able to live in NY so I was relocating him near me in an assisted living community in Massachusetts.

Now came the issue of getting my dad to Massachusetts. I could not do this myself. Topp Flight was one of the companies on my list of potential travel companions for my dad. I had contacted two other companies prior to speaking with Michael. On my initial phone call with Michael I knew that I was going to choose him. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and made me feel at ease. I really appreciated how straight forward he was on the pricing. Other companies I spoke with I feel left the door open to add extra charges along the way. I didn’t like the not knowing exactly what I was going to pay.

Once I hired Michael he was excellent with staying in communication with me from the beginning of the planning and throughout the day of travel. He sent pictures during the travel day that I loved! My experience with Top Flight was perfect from start to finish. If I had to do this again, Michael would be my first and only call. He has my 100% recommendation.
